An Intentional Full Moon Release Ceremony, where we gather with our tribe to harness the potent energy of the last full moon of the year. This is a powerful opportunity to reflect and release what no longer serves us, and set clear intentions for the new year ahead.

Back in old times, our ancestors gathered around the fire for every full moon and celebrated these powerful nights which fosters deeper connections with self and the community. This is what brings a community closer!

Together this full moon, we will bring our ancient spirits back to life through an energy release ceremony, followed by intention setting for the new year.

All you need to bring for this session is:

• A candle and a fireproof dish or container.

• Bay leaves or a paper and a pen.
